Natural mineral water is bottled at the Ginstberg spring and is attained through years of filtration through underground clay layers.
The years of filtration gives it the unique mineralisation and taste characteristics.
It is forbidden by European law to treat this natural mineral waters or to change their composition.

An important characteristic of each natural mineral water is its typical and stable mineral composition. In some situations these unique characteristics have a positive efect on human health. Another characteristic of natural minieral water is its equal temperature during bottling production. During spring or winter, the Ginstberg water isalways bottled at 9 degrees.
